Mr. Kaz, it seems we share the same problem. Many things to do (or want to do), but not enough time ... though strangely there is time, but it's somehow wasted.

What I found that works (at least for me) is to have a schedule of what to do. So maybe Monday evenings are for coding, Tuesdays for Japanese, Wednesdays for something else. Then Fridays would be for socializing or whatever ... because you don't want to be "All work or no play". It's kind of like how back in the school days you had certain classes on certain days.

The difficulty I'm having at the moment is that during the day I think, "Yeah, when I get home I'm gonna do this thing." Then 30 minutes after getting home the feeling is, "Boy, I'm tired. I've been coding all day. I'm just going to lay here and do nothing." I need help on that! 8P

I also can't really rest until I'm tired, so I guess it's normal...
And yes, if I do exercise or generally engage in physical activities I do find it harder to go to bed immediately after.

Anyway I also found out that not all times for sleeping are ok. After dinner is usually the best time since:

1) I'm tired after a day of work/playing/whatever
2) I've stopped physical activities since a few hours
3) Digestion takes energy and usually makes you sleepy

Try eat! ;)
